Payment is completed upon ordering on our website. We accept payment methods such as Vipps, Visa, Mastercard, and more.
3. Delivery
Our product is considered delivered upon purchase, and instructions on how to access the product will be provided in section 7.
4. Duration and Termination
The service will continue until the buyer cancels their membership. The buyer can cancel their membership at any time through the website. The service will remain active until the membership is canceled.
5. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, Rescheduling
The buyer has a right of withdrawal for the service. If the buyer wishes to withdraw, they must do so within 14 days of ordering the service. The consumer can change the order by contacting us through email or phone. The buyer has the right to cancel the service at any time and can cancel their membership at any time through the website.
6. Complaints
If the buyer has a complaint, they can submit it by emailing us at sunceliayoga@gmail.com. We will respond to complaints within a reasonable time frame.
7. Membership Product Description
Suncelia offers a membership to our membership portal, which includes access to all content and features available in the portal. The membership is an online product, and we offer three different pricing plans: 111 NOK per month, 222 NOK per month, and 333 NOK per month. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the monthly fee associated with your chosen pricing plan for the duration of your membership. To access the membership content, you must create an account and log in using either your email, Facebook account, or Google account. By purchasing a membership, you agree to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Suncelia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the membership content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
8. Payment Terms
Felles Bevissthet accepts payments for membership purchases through our third-party provider, Wix.com. Wix.com accepts major credit cards, as well as other payment methods that may be available in your location. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize Suncelia to charge the payment method associated with your account for the purchase amount. If payment is not received or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your membership until payment is received.
9. Refund Policy
Felles Bevissthet does not offer refunds for membership purchases. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
